Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

The objective of the SOP is to manage the food safety risk of regulated agricultural crops of plant origin intended for export, by auditing compliance with chemical residue levels, based on the importing countries requirements.

The SOP includes procedures for sampling, handling, analysis, dissemination of results, evaluation of compliance and follow-up of non-compliance by PPECB, the DoA and their laboratories.
