Debtors Registration Help
HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER
This functionality provides you the customer with the opportunity to apply for an online account with PPECB.
This process will require information such as your name, surname, email address, salutation and password.

Select “Tab” called “Services” then click on Debtor Registration.

The next steps will guide you through the registration process. To comply with the registration requirements, we need to get some basic information regarding you and your company. The following information must be completed.
· Applicant Name / Division / Dept
(Refers to an individual, company or debt preference)
· Please select and click on the appropriate option below;
Brief overview on Quick Registration Process
· The Company Name and Trading name (e.g. Cape Fruit Exporters could be trading as CFE Pty Ltd
· Physical Address, Postal Address, Telephone, Fax, Email Address
· Company Registration , Vat Registration to be completed (if a new company please fax appropriate details of company to the fax numbers provided in section “Documents Required)
· Director details (id numbers and full names) at least two to be listed
· Auditors details – optional
· Banking Details – to be completed
· Trade Reference (at least one to be completed)
· Forwarding Agent – optional
· Title and position of accounts person – to be completed
· Designation of Senior Official (Owner, Partner, Director, Trustee, Shareholder) – to be completed)
· As per the regulations of the National Credit Act the “Allow credit check”, the client will be requested to grant the Credit Provider with permission to process credit verification.
· Below are the Terms and Conditions which must be completed, if not the application will not be processed.
An email will be sent to the client, informing them that the application was;
· Successfully submitted for processing.
· Application for service was successful
· Application was declined; please contact the Debtors Dept for further information.
