Career Pathways

PPECB has two value streams it services in the industry namely, Cold Chain Services and Inspection Services.

Career possibilities range from a Quality Inspector and Cold Chain Inspector to either Specialists within a field to a Quality Management Systems Auditor, Business Unit Manager or National Stakeholder Manager.

The Cold Chain Inspector and Quality Inspector may, at the point of being rated competent, cross over to the other Career Pathway. This allows for multi-skilled staff who are able to contribute to our Value Adding philosophy.
